Secure Server
Whenever you place an order or access your personal account, Northstar Motorsports offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all your information before it is sent to us. All customer information we receive is protected against unauthorized access.
Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Bank Wire Transfers. We will also accept cashier's checks and money orders. No personal checks or C.O.D. All international orders must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer only. Please call us for Wire Transfer instructions. All shipments will be held until cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers clear our bank account.
Shipping
Northstar Motorsports will ship within the U.S. and internationally by UPS or USPS at our discretion. Ground shipping is standard however, expedited shipments can be requested. Freight charges will be calculated at time of shipment. In stock orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day.
Shipping Errors
If Northstar Motorsports ships incorrect items, a call tag will be issued. Shipping will be at our expense. The same shipping method as original order will be used. Replacement items will be shipped upon our receipt of returned merchandise.
Backorder Policy
All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Any back ordered merchandise will be shipped upon availability. You will be notified by email or phone if any items are on backorder. Invoice will be for full order plus shipping (if applicable). You will not receive additional invoices when back orders are shipped. Please notify us immediately to cancel any back orders.
Refused Orders
All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus full shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice. If any item is incorrect, or if you have been shorted, you must call us within 3 business days. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be shipped in original packaging in new, undamaged, resalable condition. No return will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Credit for Return of items shipped free will be reduced by the actual outbound shipping cost. All shipping charges relating to purchases sent back to Northstar for return or exchange are at the customers expense. All shipping charges for purchases sent to customers as an exchange are at the customers expense. All special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Damage Claims
If any items are damaged, you must make a claim with the carrier. All shipping cartons and packaging materials must be kept for inspection by the carrier. Northstar Motorsports is not obligated to initiate claims for you.

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Northstar Motorsports is not responsible for any typographical errors.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available online or by phone order. They are available in denominations of $25 and up.
Warranty Disclaimer
All items in this catalog are sold for racing purposes. There are no warranties implied on any items. Northstar Motorsports' liability is limited to replacement or refund of items purchased and does not include labor and/or installation charges.
