For your security, we use a secure server for all orders and account access. Our server encrypts your data before sending it to us, ensuring that all personal and payment information is protected from unauthorized access.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (PayPal fees are non-refundable)
  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Google/Apple Pay

Please note, we do not accept personal checks or C.O.D. payments. All international orders must be paid via bank wire transfer. Contact us for wire transfer instructions. Orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Shipping

Northstar Motorsports ships both domestically and internationally via UPS or USPS, at our discretion.

  • UPS Ground Saver/USPS is our default method for items under $99
  • UPS Ground Shipping is our default method for items over $99
  • Oversized items may not qualify for free shipping, in such cases a shipping cost will be displayed.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time (on business days) will be shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock. PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MARKED WITH "SHIPPING TIMES MY VARY" May require additional processing time, please consults us before ordering as these items may be in route to our warehouse and not available for immediate shipping. 

Shipping Errors

If we make an error in shipping, we will issue a call tag for the incorrect items and cover all associated shipping costs. The replacement items will be sent after we receive the returned merchandise.

Pre-order Policy

  • Items bought on pre-order that are canceled are subject to a 4% restocking fee. 

Backorder Policy

  • In-stock items will ship immediately.
  • Backordered items will be shipped once available.
  • You will be notified via email or phone if any items are on backorder.
  • Full invoices will include the total cost of the order, including any shipping fees. Additional invoices will not be issued for backorders.
  • If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please notify us immediately.
  • PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MARKED WITH "SHIPPING TIMES MY VARY" May require additional processing time, please consults us before ordering as these items may be in route to our warehouse and not available for immediate shipping. 

Refused Orders

Any orders that are refused will incur a 15% restocking fee, along with the full cost of shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Inspect items upon receipt and check them against your invoice.
  • If there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with the original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • For returns involving free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges: The customer is also responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
  • Items that are returned or canceled but paid via Pay-Pal will be refunded minus pay-pal fees
  • Non-returnable items: Special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Damage Claims

If an item is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Retain all shipping cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for initiating damage claims on your behalf.

Prices

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Typographical errors in pricing may occur, and we are not responsible for such errors.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase in denominations starting at $25.
  • Gift cards can be purchased online or by phone order.

Warranty Disclaimer

  • All products are sold for racing purposes only.
  • No warranties are implied for any products.
  • Our liability is limited to either replacement or refund of the product, and does not cover installation or labor costs.
