RW-10 SHIELD PRO

The Sparco RW-10 Shield Pro line of Nomex® undergarments is the lightest and most breathable on the market that is homologated to the new FIA 8856-2018 standard. When designing this new line of undergarments, Sparco studied the drivers seating position to ensure ultimate fit and comfort. Strategic weaving of the material produces increased breathability along with articulation. The Shield Pro features seamless structure with ultra-soft stretchable material for a very comfortable fit. Shield Pro shirts and underpants are treated with Sparco’s X-Cool treatment, which draws heat from the body surface to cool the driver. In addition to cooling the driver, X-Cool treatment has an anti-bacterial effect.

HOOD SHIELD PRO RW-10

The Shield Pro balaclava (hood) was designed with no seams across the mouth and chin area for comfort when wearing a helmet. The traditional center seam across the front of the forehead is now offset to lessen any chances of pressure when wearing a helmet. The front is double layer for extra fire protection and features an opening for drink system. Available in black, white or navy. SFI 3.3/5 and FIA 8856-2018 approved.
